do you have a mig welder?? is the ez broken fairly close to the top of the hole?? If yes to both, weld a nut to the top of the broken ez & simply turn it out. ( turn it back & forth like when cutting threads) You may have to do this a few times untill you get a good weld onto the ez out. This has proven very successfull for me many times.
Heat up the mess to 500 degrees and see if you can get the carbide drill out. Silver chips love to pack and self-weld. You need to clear the drill frequently and use a cutting fluid.

You may use a corded or cordless drill, die grinder, or Dremel (if using a Dremel please request your tool be broken in half). If using in a hand drill make sure to snug it in the chuck DO NOT tighten it in the chuck. If using a Dremel/die grinder TIGHTEN it in the chuck and the 3/16" will require a 3/16" collet adapter.
